Return & Product Warranty
Moress products are accepted for exchange or credit if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. The shipping cost of return or exchanging items will be paid by the sender. We do not accept return or exchange on reduced in price items. Unfortunately we cannot refund you if this occurs.
Moress offers after service of free lifetime warranty repair in all Moress stores across Thailand. Lifetime warranty available upon presentation of sales receipt.
Important information: We only offer free of charge repair service if the item is damaged due to its own circumstances, hence not being modify or applied by other substances. Our warranty does not entitle you to receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.
