Moress uses DHL Express for all national (Thailand) orders. All tracking will be sent via email with the delivery confirmation. For all international shipping we calculate a flat rate shipping according to destination, each order will be given a tracking number for order tracking. Tracking number would be provide once the product have been shipped and you can enter the tracking number to track your package and to check delivery status online. DHL delivery time will take 1-6 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For Free Worldwide Shipping we use Standard Mail Delivery, delivery time is 7-14 days excluding weekends.
