Our Jewellery are made and hand-finished in Thailand. Some components are sourced from Italy and India.

WHAT IS THE METAL USED IN MORESS PRODUCTS?
All Moress products are made with Sterling Silver meeting the standard 925 nickel-free.

WHAT IS GENUINE COLLECTION?
Moress genuine collection is a series of real natural stone beads, where we believed to contain special power and characteristic in each one. You can read about each stone in the product page.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

WHAT COURIER OR SHIPPING WILL I GET FOR FREE SHIPPING SERVICE?
For international orders, Free shipping will be sent via DHL Worldwide Express Shipping. As for
domestic orders in Thailand, Free shipping will be sent via EMS Thailand Post.

WHAT CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL I BE RECEIVING?
You will received an email confirming your order, payment received and dispatched order with tracking number.

HOW DO I RETURN MY MORESS ORDER?
Moress products are accepted for exchange or credit if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. The shipping cost of return or exchanging items to will be paid by the sender. Please download our return-exchange form here and send it back with your returned goods. Our beads contains both thread and non-thread system which works on Pandora bracelet. If any problem with our beads, they can be send back within 30 days of purchase.

IS ENGRAVING FREE?
Yes all of our engraving collection products will be done free of charge.

HOW DO I GET MY MORESS PRODUCTS REPAIRED?
Moress offers after service of free lifetime warranty repair in all Moress stores across Thailand. Lifetime warranty available upon presentation of sales receipt.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR BACKORDER ITEMS?
When you purchased backorder items, it will take up to 14 days before the product will get dispatch.
